About Hōne McGregor

Hōne is the Chief Executive of Forest & Bird. He is of Ngati Kere, Ngati Kahungunu, Ngati Raukawa, Whānau-a-Apanui, Ātiawa and Ngāti Rārua descent and is also the director of the Wakatū Incorporation. Hōne also comes from a long line of Forest & Bird supporters - his mother and grandmother were active members for six decades.
